You watched us grow into painted flowers

Held above our heads as banners

Your metal words picked at random

helped us feel that everything has a place.

We smiled at you across the table and shared our hopes and fortune cookies

We knew you would not laugh

Tuesday group we ate to many sweets and curry

Tuesday group.

We told you our story and we wrote new ones together

Tuesday group we need more space for our art

Tuesday group you don’t need to be sad that we are leaving

Tuesday group we are stronger now
